We all have crazy relationships with TIME, yet no one has figured out how to stop expecting educators to do more and more with the same number of hours in a day.
It doesn’t matter if you get to work earlier or if you stay later.
Part of what fuels this madness is that best practices are ostensibly built on more content, more systems of delivery, more innovation…. more, more, more. Just like professionals in other fields, educators are plagued by information overload and stimuli exhaustion, and, they have resigned themselves to overwhelm as the new normal.
